Principals David Beauregard and Dave Kowert bring over 60 years of development and construction management to this program. Development projects from 5 acres to 450 acres and more than 85 successful construction projects . We have “been there – done that” when it comes to development and construction and we understand and appreciate the complexities of a development project.

In addition to our development/construction expertise we are very familiar with the EB-5 program through continued involvement in supporting the raising of EB-5 capital for a variety of EB-5 projects. We stay informed on all the complexities and changes within the USCIS and government regulation of the EB-5 program so we can help you PROACTIVLY avoid the “landmines” that can so easily add time and cost to your project.
